Orders and Shipping
If the product is in stock, you can expect to receive your order in 1-3 business days after your order. If you order before 12:30pm, we usually dispatch the same day!
Please note that for areas that are harder to get, there can be an extra day or two for the items to get to you.
If the product is on backorder, it depends on the manufacturer’s stock availability, but in most cases, you have your order within 3 business days. Finally, please note that in high demand seasons, the courier company might have slower delivery times.

You can edit your shipping and billing address from My Account > Edit Adress
You can edit your shipping and billing address from My Account > Orders. Additionally, you’ll be notified whenever your order status gets updated.
We do not store any credit card information as the payments are handled securely by the payment provider.
We only ship in Greeece.
In almost all cases the order is delivered in one secure package.
